- All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required to confirm any service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The company acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
- Liability of the company is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be considered.
- The company reserves the right to amend prices, itineraries, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
Flights – Terms & Conditions
- All flight bookings are subject to seat availability and final confirmation by the airline.
- Once issued, flight tickets are governed strictly by the airline’s fare rules, including baggage, cancellation, refund, and change policies.
- Airfares may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable depending on the airline and fare type.
- Name changes are generally not permitted after ticket issuance.
- The company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, or denied boarding caused by airlines.
- Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, transit visas, and compliance with immigration regulations.
- No-show cases may result in 100% cancellation charges with no refund.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed only after deduction of airline penalties and service charges.
- Flight prices are subject to change until full payment is received and tickets are issued.
- Airlines reserve the right to change aircraft type, seat allocation, and flight schedules without prior notice.
Holidays / Tour Packages – Terms & Conditions
- Holiday packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Package prices may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier price revisions.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as specified.
- Cancellation charges depend on suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) and may be up to 100%.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, early check-outs, or missed activities.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.
- Special requests such as bed type, views, or meals are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- The company is not liable for disruptions caused by weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all holiday packages.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
Excursions / Activities – Terms & Conditions
- All excursions are subject to availability and operational conditions.
- Pick-up and drop-off timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic or location factors.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion may attract 100% cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
- Certain activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or individuals with medical conditions.
- Guests must strictly follow safety instructions provided by guides and operators.
- The company is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.
- Timings, routes, inclusions, or activity content may change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times during excursions.
- Photos or videos taken during excursions may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
Transport / Transfers – Terms & Conditions
- Transport services are subject to vehicle availability.
- Waiting time is limited; extended waiting may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 12–24 hours may attract full charges depending on service type.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or incorrect pickup details provided by the customer.
- Luggage allowance is subject to vehicle capacity.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond control.
- Any damage to vehicle interiors caused by passengers will be chargeable.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Child seats are provided upon request and subject to availability.
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times in accordance with UAE law.
