General Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Services)

  1. All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
  2. Full payment is required to confirm any service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  3. The company acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
  4. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
  5. Liability of the company is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
  6. Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be considered.
  7. The company reserves the right to amend prices, itineraries, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
  8. Any disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  9. By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.

Flights – Terms & Conditions

  1. All flight bookings are subject to seat availability and final confirmation by the airline.
  2. Once issued, flight tickets are governed strictly by the airline’s fare rules, including baggage, cancellation, refund, and change policies.
  3. Airfares may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable depending on the airline and fare type.
  4. Name changes are generally not permitted after ticket issuance.
  5. The company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, or denied boarding caused by airlines.
  6. Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, transit visas, and compliance with immigration regulations.
  7. No-show cases may result in 100% cancellation charges with no refund.
  8. Any applicable refunds will be processed only after deduction of airline penalties and service charges.
  9. Flight prices are subject to change until full payment is received and tickets are issued.
  10. Airlines reserve the right to change aircraft type, seat allocation, and flight schedules without prior notice.

Holidays / Tour Packages – Terms & Conditions

  1. Holiday packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  2. Package prices may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier price revisions.
  3. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as specified.
  4. Cancellation charges depend on suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) and may be up to 100%.
  5. No refunds will be provided for unused services, early check-outs, or missed activities.
  6. Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.
  7. Special requests such as bed type, views, or meals are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
  8. The company is not liable for disruptions caused by weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
  9. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all holiday packages.
  10. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

Excursions / Activities – Terms & Conditions

  1. All excursions are subject to availability and operational conditions.
  2. Pick-up and drop-off timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic or location factors.
  3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion may attract 100% cancellation charges.
  4. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
  5. Certain activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or individuals with medical conditions.
  6. Guests must strictly follow safety instructions provided by guides and operators.
  7. The company is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.
  8. Timings, routes, inclusions, or activity content may change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
  9. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times during excursions.
  10. Photos or videos taken during excursions may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Transport / Transfers – Terms & Conditions

  1. Transport services are subject to vehicle availability.
  2. Waiting time is limited; extended waiting may incur additional charges.
  3. Cancellations made within 12–24 hours may attract full charges depending on service type.
  4. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or incorrect pickup details provided by the customer.
  5. Luggage allowance is subject to vehicle capacity.
  6. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond control.
  7. Any damage to vehicle interiors caused by passengers will be chargeable.
  8. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
  9. Child seats are provided upon request and subject to availability.
  10. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times in accordance with UAE law.
